I've been coming here for so many years and as of today I will never be back. I understand the coffin races are the busiest day of the year for these small business in this town which is good for them but the guy at the register who's always been there for years was so incredibly rude I absolutely will not ever give another penny to this place. They wouldn't even make my order (one pizza) when I declined to tip, (for a TAKE OUT ORDER). Threatened to call the cops when I asked why they refused service.
please is dirty, stuff was rude and unwelcoming. Bathroom had no soap and dirty.
RecommendedWe were told order would take 45min-1hr. After 1.5hrs we received the wrong order. We were suppose to get Mac and cheese pizza and got pepperoni instead. When I called to make them aware, it goes straight to a vm that is full. Unclear if they may be closed since Google, this fb page, and the hotel info each have a different closing time listed. I will say at least the pizza was delicious.

I order for delivery at 8:15. Called to check on status at 8:21 the manager answered and said it was on the way. Called back 8:55 and the manager said it was on the way again. I told him that’s what you said last time so where is the pizza. He replied that it wasn’t his fault the delivery driver was taking so long. Pizza arrived at 9. Pizza was ice cold. Called back and asked for refund considering order was 45 min late and ice cold. Manager argued with me and said good luck with that. Worst service ever. Will never go back... read more
Ordered a pizza and wings at 6:30pm was told it would be delivered 7:15-7:45. Got a text at 7:00 saying our order was being made. Called at 7:45 and had to leave a message. Called again at 8:05 and was told our order had been waiting ready for the driver to deliver it and that she was out delivering 6 other pizzas. So our pizza had been sitting there for at least 45 minutes and still hadn’t even been picked up by the delivery driver. Went to the Cheyenne mountain location. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. The guy was rude and aggressive!
